Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies


Please do not return products without first receiving an RMA from us.

* You may email us to get an RMA NUMBER and tell us the serial number. Products that are returned without this information may not be processed for refund.

* We will gladly accept your return provided it has not been installed or damaged.

* There will be a 15% restocking fee for all merchandise returned.

* There will not be a fee for orders canceled prior to shipment.

"WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS AFTER 1 MONTH OF PURCHASE."

NOTE: Do not return orders without first getting an RMA NUMBER from us. Please call this number 702-582-9667 for any questions or email sales@magemarine.com with the details of your return and we will get you an RMA number and an address to return the product to.
